"Spreading the Field" is another image taken by Jacklyn Brower in a style heavily influenced by A. Aubrey Bodine during the 2023 Deal Island Skipjack Races. This shot captures seven of the eleven participating Chesapeake Bay Skipjacks with a dramatic black and white sky, punchy contrast, and absolutely timeless charisma. This image, much like "Following the Fleet" became an instant favorite of ours here at Gallery 1113.
